How BKKAPT uses information you share through this website.
Your enquiry
We collect the contact information and housing or property requirements you submit so we can respond, check suitable options and keep track of follow-up. Please do not send identity documents or financial details through this form.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in our access-controlled management system. Cloudflare hosts the public site and routes requests to the application server. We share relevant requirements with property providers when needed to handle your request; contact details are shared only where needed to arrange the service.
Browser storage
During your browser session we remember the enquiry draft and the page or campaign that brought you here. This keeps your entries when changing language and helps us understand enquiries. Drafts expire after 24 hours, and are cleared after a successful submission. If you save apartments, we store up to three listing references in this browser for 30 days. You can remove them in Compare saved; they are not synced to an account. We do not load advertising or session-recording scripts in this release.
Questions or removal requests
Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. Some records may need to be retained to deliver an agreed service or meet applicable obligations.
