Are all apartments managed by BKKAPT?

No. We distinguish homes we manage from partner-sourced homes and serviced operators. Your quote explains who provides support and which services are included.

Can I book immediately?

We first confirm the specific unit, dates, price and contract. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a home.

Can you help with pets or remote work?

Tell us early. Pet permission, internet, desk setup and building restrictions must be checked for each home.

Monthly rental, serviced or managed?

These describe different parts of a stay. Check the lease and service list for the actual apartment.

Furnished monthly rental

The apartment comes furnished and the lease allows your chosen duration. Confirm the inventory, internet, utility charges and whether cleaning is extra.

Serviced apartment

A building operator provides an accommodation service. Housekeeping, reception and bills vary by property and package; ask for the inclusions in writing.

Managed apartment

A manager handles the agreed property care or resident support. Management does not automatically mean daily housekeeping or an all-inclusive rent.

Planning a monthly stay in Bangkok

Can I rent for one, two or three months?

Send your exact dates or a flexible range. We check which furnished homes allow that duration. A price advertised for a longer lease may not apply to a shorter stay.

What should I budget beyond rent?

Ask for the deposit and rent in advance, electricity and water rates, internet, cleaning, parking and any service fee. Compare the amount due before move-in with the recurring monthly total.

Is direct enquiry cheaper than Airbnb?

It depends on the home, dates and terms. Ask for the full direct quote, including any service fees, and compare it with the platform total and cancellation conditions. We do not promise a lower price.
